DMCA Policy

1. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

Nordic IPTV Elite respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through our service, please notify our DMCA Agent.

3. DMCA Notice Requirements

Your DMCA notice must include the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work: Describe the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works, a representative list.
• Identification of the infringing material: Provide specific URLs or other identifying information about where the allegedly infringing material is located on our service.
• Your contact information: Include your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• Statement of good faith: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Statement of accuracy: Include a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Physical or electronic signature: Include your physical or electronic signature.

5. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that material you posted was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with the following information:

• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside Sweden, any judicial district in which Nordic IPTV Elite may be found
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent
• Your physical or electronic signature

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Nordic IPTV Elite will terminate user accounts that are repeat infringers of copyrighted material in appropriate circumstances.

7. False Claims

Warning: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed or disabled by mistake may be subject to liability. Please ensure your claims are accurate and made in good faith.

8. Processing Time

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice:

• We will acknowledge receipt within 24-48 hours
• Investigation will begin immediately
• If valid, infringing content will be removed within 72 hours
• The user who posted the content will be notified
